Return and Refund Policy

At OffsideTees, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the wrong size or color was selected, or if you have simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.offsidetees@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund.

Lost Packages If your package has not arrived, please report this within 1 week after the estimated delivery date has passed. First, verify your delivery address and check with your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, we will make it right.

Returns As all our products are custom-made, we do not process physical returns. You do not need to send the item back — simply contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Duties and Import Fees For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price and are non-refundable.
